Shipping Policy


All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

We currently DO ship internationally (New Zealand only).

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at collacustom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Alternatively:

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the Australia Post website.

 

 

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Australia Post service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.
